Method
- Pour the unsweetened almond milk into the blender.
- Add the spinach and chia seeds and blend on low for 10 seconds.
- Add the avocado and Medjool date if using.
- Add the collagen peptides and blend.
- Add the frozen blueberries and blend on high for 45 to 60 seconds.
- If too thick, add more almond milk; if too thin, add more frozen berries.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
