Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop collagen peptides
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 large handful fresh spinach
  • 1/2 small ripe avocado
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pitted Medjool date (optional)

Method
 

  1. Pour the unsweetened almond milk into the blender.
  2. Add the spinach and chia seeds and blend on low for 10 seconds.
  3. Add the avocado and Medjool date if using.
  4. Add the collagen peptides and blend.
  5. Add the frozen blueberries and blend on high for 45 to 60 seconds.
  6. If too thick, add more almond milk; if too thin, add more frozen berries.
  7. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
