Method
- Pour almond milk into the blender.
- Add Greek yogurt and any chosen sweeteners.
- Add collagen peptides and chia seeds.
- Top with frozen mixed berries.
- Start blending on low speed, then increase to high for 45-60 seconds.
- Taste and adjust consistency with more milk or berries if needed.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with fresh mint.
Notes
Use frozen fruit instead of ice cubes for better texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 12 hours.
