Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Pour almond milk into the blender.
  2. Add Greek yogurt and any chosen sweeteners.
  3. Add collagen peptides and chia seeds.
  4. Top with frozen mixed berries.
  5. Start blending on low speed, then increase to high for 45-60 seconds.
  6. Taste and adjust consistency with more milk or berries if needed.
  7. Pour into a glass and garnish with fresh mint.

Notes

Use frozen fruit instead of ice cubes for better texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 12 hours.
