  • 1 scoop collagen peptides or plant-based builder
  • 1.5 cups unsweetened almond or oat milk
  • 1 handful fresh spinach or kale
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds or chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

Method

  4. Add the Collagen and Fats: Scoop in your collagen peptides and almond butter.
  5. The Final Blend: Blend on the highest setting for about sixty seconds until uniform.

Notes

Using frozen fruit prevents dilution of flavor. If your blender struggles, let the frozen items sit at room temperature for five minutes. Collagen peptides should be added in the middle of the blending process.
