Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
  • 2 handfuls fresh baby spinach
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons ground hemp seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)

Method
 

  1. Pour unsweetened almond milk into the blender.
  2. Add fresh baby spinach on top of the milk.
  3. Spoon in collagen peptides and ground hemp seeds.
  4. Add frozen mixed berries last.
  5. Pour in vanilla extract and optional honey.
  6. Blend on low speed and gradually increase to high until smooth.
  7. Adjust consistency with extra almond milk or berries if needed.
  8. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish if desired.

Notes

Using frozen fruit instead of fresh with ice prevents dilution and preserves texture. Always use high-quality ingredients for the best results.
Can store for up to 12 hours; shake well before consuming.
