  • 1 cup Cold Brew Coffee or Chilled Espresso
  • 1 scoop Collagen Peptides (Unflavored)
  • 1 medium Frozen Banana
  • 1 tablespoon Almond Butter or Cashew Butter
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamo
  • 1 piece Medjool Date (pitted)
  • 1/2 cup Ice Cubes

Method
 

  1. Start by pouring chilled cold brew coffee and almond milk into the blender canister.
  2. Add frozen banana chunks and ice cubes.
  3. Include collagen peptides, nut butter, and cinnamon in the blender.
  4. Secure the lid and start blending on the lowest speed, gradually increasing to high for about 45 to 60 seconds.
  5. Check the consistency and adjust with more almond milk or ice if needed.
  6. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
