  • 2 Tablespoons Unflavored Gelatin Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Cold Filtered Water
  • 1 1/2 Cups Hot Filtered Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Organic Honey or Agave (optional)

Method

  1. Pour 1/2 cup of cold filtered water into a glass bowl and gently sprinkle the unflavored gelatin powder over the surface, letting it bloom for 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. While blooming, heat the remaining 1 1/2 cups of water in a saucepan over medium heat until very hot but not boiling.
  3. Slowly pour the hot water over the bloomed mixture and whisk gently until all granules are dissolved.
  4. If desired, add honey or agave syrup and whisk until uniform.
  5. Carefully pour the mixture into molds or a shallow dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.

Notes

Use high-quality, grass-fed gelatin for best clarity. Ensure water is filtered to avoid minerals that may cloud the gelatin. Skim any surface foam to maintain transparency.
