Method
- Wash all fresh fruits thoroughly. Juice 4 cups of fresh orange juice.
- In a large punch bowl, combine 6 cups of unsweetened cranberry juice, 4 cups of freshly squeezed orange juice, and 2 cups of unsweetened pineapple juice.
- If using maple syrup or agave, add it to the mix and stir until dissolved. Then add cinnamon sticks and star anise.
- Cover the punch bowl and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight.
- When ready to serve, stir in 4 cups of chilled ginger ale or sparkling water.
- Garnish with fresh cranberries, orange slices, and rosemary sprigs. Add large ice blocks or regular ice before serving.
Notes
Ensure all liquid ingredients are chilled before combining to prevent dilution. Add carbonation just before serving to maintain effervescence. Store un-carbonated punch base in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
