Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup organic chia seeds
  • 1 scoop high-quality collagen peptides
  • 1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen organic blueberries or banana
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey or maple syrup
  • a pinch of pink Himalayan salt

Method
 

  1. In a glass jar, combine chia seeds, half of the plant-based milk, and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously for one minute.
  2. Let the mixture sit for five minutes, then stir again and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. In a blender, combine remaining milk, collagen, and frozen fruit. Blend until smooth.
  4. If collagen wasn't blended, whisk it into the chia pudding base until dissolved.
  5. Pour the smoothie layer over the chia pudding.
  6. Garnish with fresh berries, hemp hearts, or almond butter.

Notes

Store chia pudding base in an airtight container for up to five days. Blend smoothie layer fresh each morning.
