Method
- Heat 12 ounces of filtered water to 200°F (93°C).
- Place chamomile flowers into your French press or infuser and pour heated water over them. Cover and steep for 7 minutes.
- Depress the plunger or remove the infuser, and transfer the concentrated tea into a pre-heated ceramic mug.
- Gradually sift in the hydrolyzed collagen peptides into the hot liquid.
- Use a milk frother at a 45-degree angle to blend for 30 seconds until a thick micro-foam forms.
- Stir in vanilla extract and sweetener if desired, incorporating almond milk at this stage if you prefer.
