Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish or similar oven-safe dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing until smooth and well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken, 1 cup of the cheddar cheese, and the mozzarella cheese until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly around the edges.
  7. If desired, garnish with sliced green onions and serve warm.

Notes

For a milder dip, use less Buffalo sauce or add a little extra ranch dressing. Serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, carrot sticks, or toasted bread.
