Method
- Pour the unsweetened almond milk and Greek yogurt into the blender container first.
- Measure one scoop of collagen peptides and one tablespoon of chia seeds, then sprinkle them onto the liquid.
- Add one and a half cups of frozen mixed berries.
- Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the berries and add fresh mint leaves if desired.
- Blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high for about 45 to 60 seconds until smooth.
- Check consistency; if too thick, add more almond milk; if too thin, add more berries and pulse.
- Pour into your favorite glass and garnish as desired.
Notes
Always use frozen fruit instead of fresh fruit with ice. If adding greens, blend them first with the liquid. Drink immediately for maximum benefits.
