  • Pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt
  • Optional: 1 scoop Unflavored Protein Powder

Method
 

  1. Bloom the gelatin by pouring 1/2 cup of cold water into a heat-safe measuring cup or small bowl and sprinkling the gelatin over the surface. Let sit for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Heat the remaining 1/2 cup of water in a small saucepan until it reaches a gentle simmer.
