Method
- Boil the water using a kettle or saucepan.
- Empty the contents of the sugar-free gelatin packet into a medium heatproof mixing bowl.
- If using protein powder, add it now to the gelatin powder.
- Pour the boiling water over the gelatin mixture and whisk for 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
- Add the cold water or sugar-free liquid and whisk gently for another minute.
- Pour the mixture into serving dishes or molds.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours until fully set.
Notes
Store in airtight containers for up to 5-7 days. Serve cold. Consider adding blended fruits or yogurt for nutritional enhancement.
