Ingredients
  

  • 1 Box Sugar-Free Gelatin (any flavor)
  • 1 Scoop Unflavored Protein Powder (optional)
  • 1 Cup Boiling Water
  • 1 Cup Cold Water or Sugar-Free Clear Liquid

Method
 

  1. Boil the water using a kettle or saucepan.
  2. Empty the contents of the sugar-free gelatin packet into a medium heatproof mixing bowl.
  3. If using protein powder, add it now to the gelatin powder.
  4. Pour the boiling water over the gelatin mixture and whisk for 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
  5. Add the cold water or sugar-free liquid and whisk gently for another minute.
  6. Pour the mixture into serving dishes or molds.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours until fully set.

Notes

Store in airtight containers for up to 5-7 days. Serve cold. Consider adding blended fruits or yogurt for nutritional enhancement.
