  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup unflavored protein powder
  • 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 container (8 oz) sugar-free whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Fresh berries for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. Empty the sugar-free gelatin package into a medium mixing bowl and pour in 1 cup of boiling water. Whisk until fully dissolved.
  2. Stir in 1 cup of cold water and let the mixture cool for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Gradually whisk in the unflavored protein powder until smooth.
  4. Add the plain non-fat Greek yogurt and continue whisking until combined.
  5. Gently fold in the thawed sugar-free whipped topping until no streaks remain.
  6. Pour into serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours until set.
  7. Serve chilled, garnished with fresh berries if desired.

Notes

Ensure the gelatin is fully dissolved to prevent a watery texture. For best flavor, chill overnight.
