Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1-3 scoops unflavored whey protein isolate
  • Sugar-free liquid sweetener to taste
  • Flavor extracts (optional, like vanilla or lemon)

Method
 

  1. Pour 1 cup of cold water into a heat-proof mixing bowl and sprinkle gelatin powder over it. Let sit undisturbed for 5-10 minutes to bloom.
  2. While the gelatin blooms, bring 1 cup of fresh water to a rolling boil in a small saucepan.
  3. Pour the boiling water over the bloomed gelatin and whisk vigorously for 2-3 minutes until completely dissolved.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then add whey protein isolate and sweetener, mixing until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into individual serving containers and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.

Notes
