- Add the sugar-free drink mix and electrolyte powder to the hot mixture and whisk to dissolve.
- Slowly stream the protein slurry into the warm gelatin mixture while whisking continuously.
- Pour the liquid into molds or a glass dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
