  • 1 cup cold water (240ml)
  • 1 cup boiling water (240ml)
  • 1 teaspoon electrolyte powder (optional)

Method
 

  1. Pour the cold water into a mixing bowl and sprinkle unflavored gelatin powder evenly across the surface. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a separate container, whisk the whey protein isolate with two tablespoons of room temperature water until smooth.
  3. Bring 1 cup of water to a rolling boil and pour it over the bloomed gelatin, whisking vigorously for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the sugar-free drink mix and electrolyte powder to the hot mixture and whisk to dissolve.
  5. Slowly stream the protein slurry into the warm gelatin mixture while whisking continuously.
  6. Pour the liquid into molds or a glass dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
