- Pour in the remaining 3 cups of cold filtered water and stir in any optional flavor extract.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any undissolved particles.
- Divide the mixture into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
- Serve chilled.
