Method
- Pour the unsweetened almond milk into your blender first.
- Drop in the frozen banana chunks.
- Add the creamy almond butter and chia seeds.
- Sprinkle the collagen peptides over the top.
- Add your vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of sea salt.
- Start the blender on low speed, gradually increasing to high. Blend for about 45 to 60 seconds.
- Check the consistency and add more almond milk if too thick.
- Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
