Ingredients
  

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 tbsp raw almond butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp collagen peptides
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamo
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • pinch of sea salt

Method
 

  1. Pour the unsweetened almond milk into your blender first.
  2. Drop in the frozen banana chunks.
  3. Add the creamy almond butter and chia seeds.
  4. Sprinkle the collagen peptides over the top.
  5. Add your vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of sea salt.
  6. Start the blender on low speed, gradually increasing to high. Blend for about 45 to 60 seconds.
  7. Check the consistency and add more almond milk if too thick.
  8. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Use frozen bananas for creaminess. Adjust almond milk for desired thickness. Enjoy fresh, or store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
