Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease your donut pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg and mix in milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently, then fold in sprinkles.
- Fill each donut cavity about two-thirds full with batter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and springy.
- Cool the donuts in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Prepare the glaze by whisking together confectioners' sugar, milk, and vanilla.
- Dip each cooled donut in the glaze and sprinkle with extra rainbow sprinkles.

Store glazed donuts in an airtight container at room temperature for 1-2 days. Refrigerate for longer storage up to 3-4 days.
