Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning until smooth and well combined.
  2. Stir in the crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped chives.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Roll each tortilla up tightly into a log.
  5. Wrap the rolls in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  6. Unwrap the chilled rolls and slice into 1/2-inch pinwheels.
  7. Arrange on a serving platter and serve chilled.

Notes

For easier slicing, chill the rolls well before cutting. These can be made a few hours ahead and kept refrigerated until serving. You can substitute turkey bacon if desired.
