  • 3-4 large overripe bananas
  • 1 ½ cups self-rising flour
  • ½ cup plant-based milk
  • ¼ cup sweetener (organic cane sugar, maple syrup, or agave nectar)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease and flour your loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until mostly smooth.
  3. Add plant-based milk and sweetener to the mashed bananas and whisk until combined.
  4. Gradually add self-rising flour to the wet mixture and gently fold until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
