Ingredients
- 1 bottle Moscato wine (chilled)
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries (plus extra for garnish)
- 2 tbsp simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Ice cubes (as needed)
- Mint leaves (for garnish)
- Lemon slices (for garnish)
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Raspberries: Mash half of the raspberries in a small bowl to release their natural juices.
2️⃣ Mix the Ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, add ice cubes, mashed raspberries, simple syrup, and lemon juice. Shake well for 15 seconds.
3️⃣ Strain & Pour: Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice.
4️⃣ Add Moscato: Gently pour the chilled Moscato wine over the top and stir lightly.
5️⃣ Garnish & Serve: Decorate with whole raspberries, mint leaves, and a lemon slice. Enjoy!
Notes
- For a sparkling version, use sparkling Moscato or add club soda.
- For a frozen slushie, blend the ingredients with crushed ice.
- Adjust the sweetness by increasing or reducing the simple syrup.
- Store leftover Moscato sealed in the fridge for up to 3 days.
