- Mint sprigs (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a sturdy glass, add fresh mint leaves, lime juice, and pink fruit of choice. Muddle gently to release flavors.
- Add white rum, coconut milk, and simple syrup. Stir well.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice, then pour in coconut water.
- Stir everything together, then top with club soda or Sprite.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig for a perfect presentation.
