- 3 large ripe peaches (sliced, pit removed)
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–5 lemons)
- ½ cup granulated sugar (or honey, to taste)
- 4 cups cold water
- 1 cup ice cubes
- ½ cup sparkling water (optional, for a bubbly version)
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the peaches – Blend the sliced peaches with ½ cup of water until smooth. Strain if a smoother texture is desired.
- Juice the lemons – Squeeze fresh lemons to get 1 cup of juice. Remove any seeds.
- Sweeten the lemonade – In a large pitcher, combine the lemon juice and sugar. Stir until dissolved.
- Mix the lemonade – Add the peach puree and remaining water. Stir well.
- Chill and serve – Pour over ice and garnish with mint leaves or peach slices. Enjoy!
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more sugar or honey, depending on your preference.
- For a sparkling version, replace 1 cup of water with sparkling water.
- Use frozen peaches if fresh ones aren’t available. Just thaw before blending.
- Store in the fridge for up to 3 days in a sealed container.
