Instructions
For Peach Juice:
- In a blender, combine peach slices, water, and lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth and fully combined.
- Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve (optional).
- Stir in honey or agave to sweeten.
- Serve over ice cubes and enjoy!
For Peach Smoothie:
- In a blender, add frozen peaches, yogurt, banana, honey, and ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
