For Sparkling Peach Mocktail:

  • 1 cup peach juice (freshly made or peach nectar)
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Ice cubes (as needed)
  • Mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

For Peach Juice:

  1. In a blender, combine peach slices, water, and lemon juice.
  2. Blend until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve (optional).
  4. Stir in honey or agave to sweeten.
  5. Serve over ice cubes and enjoy!

For Peach Smoothie:

  1. In a blender, add frozen peaches, yogurt, banana, honey, and ice cubes.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass, garnish with mint leaves, and enjoy!

For Sparkling Peach Mocktail:

  1. Mix peach juice, lemon juice, and honey in a glass.
