For the Chicken:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
For the Pasta:
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 tsp salt (for boiling water)
For the Honey Pepper Sauce:
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
For Garnish:
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the Chicken:
- Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces or strips.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Set aside.
Cook the Pasta:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
- Drain the pasta, reserving ½ cup of pasta water, and set aside.
Make the Honey Pepper Sauce:
- In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in honey, black pepper, and red pepper flakes, letting it simmer for 2 minutes.
Combine the Pasta and Sauce:
- Reduce heat and add Alfredo sauce to the honey pepper mixture.
- Stir until fully combined and smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta, tossing to coat evenly. If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water.
Assemble the Dish:
- Place the crispy chicken on top of the pasta.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley if desired.

Notes
- For extra crunch, top with crispy bacon bits or fried onion strings.
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
- Swap fettuccine for penne, spaghetti, or rigatoni based on preference.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of milk or cream.
