Greek Yogurt Parfait

A delicious and healthy Greek Yogurt Parfait made with creamy yogurt, fresh fruits, and crunchy granola. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tbsp crushed nuts or seeds (optional)

Instructions

  • Spoon 1/3 of the Greek yogurt into the bottom of a glass or jar.
  • Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
  • Sprinkle a layer of granola for crunch.
  • Repeat the layers (yogurt, berries, granola) until the glass or jar is full.
  • Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top, if desired.
  • Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 3 hours before eating.

Notes

  • For meal prep, store the granola separately and add it just before serving to maintain its crunch.
  • Use seasonal fruits like mangoes, kiwi, or pomegranate seeds for variation.
