Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
- 1 tbsp crushed nuts or seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Spoon 1/3 of the Greek yogurt into the bottom of a glass or jar.
- Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
- Sprinkle a layer of granola for crunch.
- Repeat the layers (yogurt, berries, granola) until the glass or jar is full.
- Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top, if desired.
- Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 3 hours before eating.
Notes
- For meal prep, store the granola separately and add it just before serving to maintain its crunch.
- Use seasonal fruits like mangoes, kiwi, or pomegranate seeds for variation.
- Swap regular yogurt with coconut or almond milk yogurt for a dairy-free option.
