- 1 loaf French bread or baguette

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Slice the bread: Cut the loaf in half lengthwise and place it on the baking sheet.
- Spread the garlic butter evenly over both halves of the bread.
- Top with cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan evenly over the buttered bread.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Broil for 1-2 minutes for a golden, crispy cheese topping.
- Remove from oven, cool for a minute, slice, and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness: Broil for an additional minute, but keep an eye on it to prevent burning.
- Customize it: Add jalapeños for spice, bacon for extra flavor, or use a cheese blend for variety.
- Storage: Wrap leftovers in foil and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Freeze for up to 2 months.
