- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

For the Toppings:
- 1 ½ cups shredded provolone cheese
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 20–30 slices of pepperoni (or preferred toppings)
- ¼ tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
Prepare the Dough:
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Cover and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Make the Sauce:
- Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes to develop flavors.
Assemble the Pizza:
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll the dough into a super thin crust on a lightly floured surface.
- Transfer to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Spread a thin layer of sauce evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly, ensuring edge-to-edge coverage.
- Add pepperoni slices evenly across the pizza.
Bake the Pizza:
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Slice & Serve:
- Cut into squares for an authentic Donatos-style look. Enjoy hot!
