- 1 large baguette or Italian loaf

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the garlic butter: In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Slice the bread: Cut the baguette in half lengthwise and place it on the baking sheet, cut side up.
- Spread the garlic butter: Evenly coat the bread with the prepared garlic butter mixture.
- Add the cheese: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan evenly on top.
- Bake: Place the bread in the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Broil (optional): For extra crispiness, broil for 1–2 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
- Garnish and serve: Remove from the oven, sprinkle with extra parsley, slice, and serve warm!

- For a softer texture, wrap the bread in foil while baking.
- Add extra flavor by mixing in roasted garlic instead of raw garlic.
