- 1 lb chicken breasts or thighs
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken in a ziplock bag or bowl, pour the marinade over it, and mix well to coat.
- Refrigerate: Let the chicken marinate for at least 4 hours (or overnight for deeper flavor).
- Cook:
- Grill: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Bake: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Pan-Sear: Heat a skillet over medium heat, cook for 6-8 minutes per side.
- Serve: Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Enjoy with your favorite sides!
