  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

5. Zesty Citrus Cilantro Marinade

  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for your chosen marinade.
  2. Marinate the chicken: Place chicken in a zip-lock bag or a bowl and pour the marinade over it. Ensure the chicken is evenly coated.
