- ¼ cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
5. Zesty Citrus Cilantro Marinade
- ¼ cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Prepare the marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for your chosen marinade.
- Marinate the chicken: Place chicken in a zip-lock bag or a bowl and pour the marinade over it. Ensure the chicken is evenly coated.
- Refrigerate: Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 8 hours for deeper flavor).
- Cook using your preferred method:
- Grill: Cook on medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side.
- Bake: Roast at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes.
- Sauté: Cook in a pan over medium heat for 5-6 minutes per side.
